Fennel Pepper Crackers

These crackers have and Italian influence made with lashings of extra vrigin olive oil and toasted fennel seeds.

Toasty, crunchy and with a little bite of anise flavour from the fennel seeds.

The perfect partner to  marinated chèvre or Persian feta.
