Vinegars
Berry vinegars made with Victorian Harcourt Apple Cider Vinegar.
Each are steeped with fresh herbs and reduced with a little sugar for a delicious accompaniment to salads, roasted vegetables or to deglaze a pan after cooking pork/chicken or duck.
To make a dressing add a tablespoon of vinegar to 3 tablespoons good quality olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Can also be treated like a shrub and enjoyed with soda or a splash of vodka too.
