Crisp Oatcakes
Crisp and crunchy oatcakes, made with locally grown biodynamic oats grown in the Wimmera region of Victoria.
The seeded and spelt oatcakes are best paired with a soft cheese and fruit paste, or a semi-hard cheddar or goat cheese with quince or chilli jelly.
The parmesan Oatcakes are best enjoyed on their own in the late afternoon with an aperitif!
