Rosemary Semolina Flatbread


Delicious crisp and thin rosemary flecked cracker.  A crunchy semolina and olive oil base, laced with pink salt and cracked pepper.

The go to cracker for any soft artisan cheese.  My favourite is a creamy blue paired with quince jelly.

Also delicious with pates or terrine.

Ingredients- Wheat flour, semolina, water, Lisadurne Hill olive oil, fresh rosemary, cracked pepper, pink lake salt
