Makes a refreshing drink with fresh mint and soda.
Or create a Bergamot Sour with gin, ginger syrup and lime juice.
Blackberry & Star Anise
Try making a Blackberry Mule Mocktail. Combine 250 ml ginger beer, 50 ml blackberry cordial, fresh mint, squeeze of lime and crushed ice for a delicious non alcoholic beverage.
Blood Orange
Mix with soda, fresh mint and ice.
Will make a fabulous champagne cocktail mixed with sparkling wine, or Prosecco with a dash of Grand Marnier!
Cumquat
Try making a Cumquat Vodka Martini. Combine 1 and half shots of vodka, splash of triple sec, one and half tablespoons of cumquat cordial, shake and add crushed ice.Serve in a sugar crusted martini glass ( spread the rim of the martini glass with a little cordial and then into a bowl of sugar).
Ginger & Lemongrass
Mix with soda and fresh mint for a wonderfully refreshing drink.
Splash into tea for a warming winter drink or calming digestive with some warm water.
Will make a great cocktail mixed with Pimms, mineral water, dark rum, sliced apple and orange, fresh mint leaves.
Lemon & Lime
Enjoy with sparkling water, ice and fresh mint.
For a fancy cocktail add 30 ml cordial to one measure of tequila, one measure limoncello, soda water, mint and ice.
Lime & Thyme
Mix with sparkling, soda or mineral water, add fresh mint and ice.
Try splashed into a vodka and soda or gin and tonic.
Makrut Lime
Try making this fragrant and aromatic SE Asian twist on a mojito. Combine a measure of white rum, a tablespoon of kaffir lime lime cordial, squeeze of lime, fresh mint , and mix with soda and ice.
Mandarin & River Mint
Blend with soda, extra fresh mint and ice, add to a margarita or splash into Prosecco.
Passionfruit
Enjoy with sparkling water or soda, fresh mint and ice. Splash into a fruit punch.
Will make a wonderful cocktail blended with Prosecco and served in a champagne glass.
Raspberry & Pomegranate
Splash over natural yoghurt, berries and granola, so delicious!

Ruby Grapefruit

Will make an exemplary gin and tonic, or try making a winter citrus crush: 1/1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz grand marnier, 30 ml tangelo bitters, soda, crushed ice, citrus segments of choice.
Yuzu & Lemon
A delicious drink served as Yuzu tea if combined with hot water, enjoy with soda and fresh herbs, or create a Yuzu gimlet with dry gin and fresh thyme.
Vinegars
Blackberry & River Mint
Delicious splashed over a goat’s cheese salad with rocket leaves, crunchy pear slices and toasted walnuts or hazelnuts.
Deglaze a pan of crispy bacon pieces with a squeeze of lemon and drizzle over spinach leaves, toasted flaked almonds and crumbled parmesan.
Raspberry & Thyme
Sublime over oysters and a squeeze of lemon, or splash into vodka and soda, add ice and fresh mint leaves.
Marinate chicken thighs with olive oil, vinegar and fresh thyme. Splash over grilled halloumi with s squeeze of lemon.
