Plantation Shortbread


A deliciously buttery and crisp shortbread, spiced up with some crushed coriander seeds and secret toasted spice blend.

Based on my Nanna's shortbread recipe, this has a crunch of a little rice flour and a sneaky pinch of pink lake salt.

Moreish and delicious with a cuppa, or top with a sharp crumbly blue cheese for a sublime snack



Wheat flour, butter, rice flour, coriander seeds, spice blend, vanilla essence, pink lake salt
